Approach
From first call to a stable environment
Four steps. After each one you know what was done, what it cost and what is still open.
-
Intake
We go through what runs, what goes wrong and what is coming up. No obligation, usually half an hour. Nothing to prepare in advance.
-
Audit
I map your environment: versions, updates, backups, access rights, monitoring and the risk points. You get a report ordered by urgency — even if you take it elsewhere afterwards.
-
Implementation
Work in agreed blocks, with a rollback plan per step. Anything that carries risk is scheduled outside office hours. You know up front what changes and when.
-
Ongoing management
Monitoring, updates, backup checks and restore tests. A short periodic report: what happened, what stood out and what needs attention.
Ground rules
What you can hold me to
- No change without a rollback plan.
- A backup only counts once the restore has been tested.
- Everything I configure is documented inside your own environment.
- You keep the keys. Always handover-ready for a successor.
- Materials and hours are traceable — you can see where everything went.
Is your infrastructure running the way it should?
Half an hour on the phone costs nothing and usually surfaces a few concrete improvements already.
