Damage and missing parts are rarely a technical problem. They are an administrative one: afterwards nobody can show what condition something arrived in, or when it left.
Receiving with a photo report
Every shipment is photographed on arrival before anything is unpacked: pallet, packaging, serial numbers and any transit damage. You get that report the same day. In a claim, this is the difference between an argument and a settlement.
Records of materials and hours
What comes in, what gets installed and what is left over is tracked — as are the hours spent per task. At the end of an engagement you can follow where every part went and where the time went. No surprises on the invoice.
Making pallets shipment-ready
Equipment is packed the way transport will treat it: on the right pallet, braced, wrapped and labelled, with a packing list that matches what is actually on it.
Checked up to the tail lift
The shipment is followed until it is on the truck, with a photo of the loaded pallet. What happens after that is with the carrier — but up to that point, what went out is documented.
